Built for How Pharmacies Actually Work: Availability is calculated from real opening hours, team members and rooms, so patients only ever see times the pharmacy can deliver. NHS services sit in the same catalogue as private ones and are never charged online.

Pharmacist in the Loop: Pre-screening questionnaires use rules to flag answers that need clinical review. The booking waits for a pharmacist to approve or decline before it is confirmed, keeping the clinical decision with the professional.

Payments Without the Admin: Each service sets its own payment rule: full payment, a deposit or a card hold. Money goes through the pharmacy's own Stripe account, with no-show fees and refunds handled from the calendar.

A Patient App With No App Store: Patients add the pharmacy to their home screen as an installable app. Reminders arrive as push notifications, with a text sent only when a notification cannot be delivered, and every patient has an account for their bookings.

One Day View for the Counter: A Today page shows what is happening now, with day, week and month calendars by team member or room, drag-to-reschedule, and walk-ins added in seconds.

Secure, Separated, UK-Hosted: Each pharmacy's data is isolated by row-level security in the database, access is role-based, data is stored in the UK (AWS London region via Neon) and the application runs in Vercel's London region.

Pricing That Starts Free: A Standard plan with no monthly fee and a small per-booking charge lets any pharmacy start, with Clinic, Pro, Pro Plus and Bespoke tiers as bookings grow. We designed the pricing model alongside the product.
